About us
Church mission statement:
Santa Rosa Shores Baptist Church is a local, Bible-believing church. Founded on the principles and belief that the Bible is the ultimate authority. We strive to edify and build up the church body of believers (Ephesians 4:12), as well as reach out to our local community (Matthew 28:18-20). We believe in Jesus’ sinless life on earth, sacrificial death on the cross, and God raising Him from the grave and conquering death; so that we all may be saved through His blood. (I Corinthians 15:3-4) We believe that all that is needed for the salvation of every man; is the belief in Jesus’ Deity, the sacrifice of His life, and rising from the grave. (John 3:16) We believe that upon confession of that faith to God, immediate salvation is granted. (Romans 10:9) And that very salvation is eternal and non-erasable. (John 10:28) (Ephesians 4:30) Santa Rosa Shores Baptist Church strives to provide a friendly, warm and inviting environment for all members and guests, and truly values the ability for all who attend to feel accepted into the church body. We strive to teach Biblical precepts, a righteous lifestyle, the importance of the individual ministry (1 Peter 2:9), and that good treatment and ministry be done to ALL humanity, especially placing an emphasis on taking care and blessing those who are part of our family of faith. (Galatians 6:10)

FAQ:
What should I wear?
Rest assured, there is no official dress code for our church. We do believe in respecting the sanctity of worshipping and showing respect to our God, therefore we ask that you wear something appropriate and not distracting to others. This helps to keep a safe and relaxed environment. When you enter our building, you will notice everything from full suits, and dresses, to skirts, polos, shorts and t-shirts. We are not picky about what you must wear to worship with us; but rather, we want you to wear what you think and feel is respectful to worship our God and Creator in. Everyone is welcome and no one is turned away.
